ANDREW WILSON
Andrew Wilson is a British historian and political scientist specializing in Eastern Europe, particularly Ukraine. He holds the position of Professor in Ukrainian Studies at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES) at University College London (UCL) and serves as a Senior Policy Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). His research focuses on the comparative politics of democratization in post-Soviet states, political technology, and the dynamics of state-building in Ukraine.
Wilson has authored several influential works, including The Ukrainians: The Story of How a People Became a Nation, Virtual Politics: Faking Democracy in the Post-Soviet World, and Ukraine Crisis: What It Means for the West.
